This product is a single pack air-drying modified alkyd zinc phosphate primer. IriPho™ is suitable for the protection of steel structures against corrosion in marine (above water service) and industrial environments.

Matt Alkyd Top Coat

This product is a one-component alkyd undercoat that is filled with non-toxic pigments for excellent protection of steel structures in industrial and marine conditions.

Alkyd Top Coat

A high quality, modified alkyd topcoat for use in industrial and marine conditions such as boottop, topsides, decks and superstructures.

Gloss Alkyd Top Coat

This product is a one-component high quality modified alkyd topcoat. IriLux180™ is suitable for areas such as topsides, decks and superstructures in marine conditions and steel structure in industrial conditions.

Alkyd Primer

Epoxy Primer

This is a two-pack polyamide cured epoxy coating with zinc chromate and auxiliary anti-corrosive pigments to protect steel structure against corrosion.

ARC Intermediate Epoxy Coating

IriDeck™ is a two-pack, polyamine cured, high solid epoxy coating that boosted by special pigments to reach an excellent abrasive and corrosion-resistant coating. 

Epoxy Floor Coating

IriFloor™ is a 3-component epoxy-polyamine based flooring suitable for protection, maintenance, repairing and new building cement and carbon steel flooring surfaces.

Solvent-free Epoxy Coating

A two-pack, polyamine cured, solvent-free epoxy coating that is specially formulated for the steel and concrete potable water tanks protection.

Glass Flake Epoxy Coating

This is a two-pack, high solid, glass flake epoxy coating that has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. As a self-primed, high build coating primarily for areas subject to abrasion and/or to a highly corrosive environment. e.g. splash zones, jetty pilings, and working decks.

Epoxy Adhesive

A polyamine cured epoxy adhesive suitable for steel and concrete surfaces. 

Phenolic Epoxy Coating

This is a two-pack polyamine cured phenolic epoxy with excellent chemical resistance against organic and inorganic acids, alkaline and various solvents. Heat resistance of the product is up to 160℃.

Intermediate Epoxy Coating

IriInter™ is a two-pack polyamide cured epoxy coating suitable for atmospheric and marine conditions. The product is especially suitable as an intermediate coat between organic and inorganic zinc-rich primers and the final topcoat. 

Epoxy Clear Coating

IriKler™ is a two-pack polyamide cured epoxy clear coat. It can be used as a protective or decorative clear coat on epoxy-based systems, wooden surfaces, and cement or concrete structures as a sealer.

Aluminium Epoxy Mastic

This is a two-pack modified polyamine cured epoxy mastic with aluminum flakes to enhance water resistance properties. It is a high solid & surface-tolerant coating with excellent corrosion and good weathering characteristics.

Intermediate Epoxy Coating

A two-pack polyamide cured epoxy coating that is suitable for atmospheric and marine conditions as an intermediate and matt final coat. The product is especially suitable as an intermediate coat between organic and inorganic zinc-rich primers and the final topcoat.

High Build Intermediate Epoxy Coating

A two-pack high build polyamide cured epoxy coating suitable for atmospheric and marine conditions. The product is especially suitable as an intermediate coat between organic and inorganic zinc-rich primers and the final matt topcoat.

MIO Intermediate/Primer Epoxy Coating

This is a two-pack polyamide cured epoxy primer/intermediate that pigmented with micaceous iron oxide (MIO) to enhance water resistance properties. This product has excellent abrasion and impact resistance. 

High Build MIO Intermediate Epoxy Coating

This is a two-pack fast curing epoxy coating pigmented with micaceous iron oxide (MIO) to enhance water resistance properties. IriMo HB™ can be used as an intermediate coat or can be left uncoated.

Phenolic Epoxy Tank Coating

IriNol™ is a polyamine cured phenolic epoxy coating. This product has excellent resistance against solvents, chemicals, acids, and bases.

High Solid Epoxy Mastic

A high solid epoxy primer formulated with masterbond binder technology and has excellent anticorrosive properties in severe corrosive conditions. IriPower™ has good adhesion to St3 prepared steel substrates and shop primers.

Epoxy Topcoat

IriPox™ is a two-pack epoxy topcoat. This product is used for interior and exterior areas and has good resistance against solvents, lubricants and, chemicals.

Epoxy Holding Primer

IriPrime660™ is a two-pack polyamide cured epoxy that is used as an excellent anti-corrosive primer in marine and industrial conditions.

Universal Epoxy Primer

IriPrime770™ is a two-pack epoxy that is used as an excellent anti-corrosive primer in marine and industrial conditions. This product can be applied to steel, aluminum, and galvanized surfaces.

Coaltar Polyamine Epoxy Coating

This is a polyamine cured coal tar epoxy coating that is suitable for protecting steel and concrete structures against the corrosion in marine and industrial conditions.

Zinc Epoxy Primer

This is a two-pack, zinc content epoxy primer that is specially formulated to protect steel structures against severe corrosion in marine and industrial conditions.

Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer

IriZinc855™ is a quick-drying product that can be used as a holding primer. The product complies with SSPC paint 20 level 1 and ISO 12944.

High Gloss Polyurethane Topcoat

IriThane190™ is a two-pack aliphatic acrylic-based polyurethane topcoat. This product is used for interior and exterior areas and has good weathering properties, excellent adhesion, good gloss and color retention.

High Build Polyurethane Topcoat

IriThane HB ™ is a two-pack polyurethane topcoat. This product is used for interior and exterior areas and has good resistance against the spillage of oils and chemicals. It also has good weathering properties, excellent adhesion, good gloss and color retention.

Protective coatings- Silicone:

Acrylic Silicone Heat Resistant Coating

This product is a one component heat resistant modified acrylic silicone finish. IriTherm250™ is suitable for installations where heat resistance up to 250ºC is required.

High Temperature Heat Resistant Coating(400ºC)

This product is an aluminum finish based on silicone resins. IriTherm400™ is suitable for installations where heat resistance up to 400ºC continuously and up to 500ºC intermittently is required.

High Temperature Heat Resistant Coating(600ºC)

This product is a one component heat resistant aluminum silicone base finish. IriTherm600™ is suitable for installations where heat resistance up to 450ºC continuously and up to 600ºC intermittently is required. It is recommended to directly apply IriTherm600™ on the steel for maximum performance

Protective coatings – Ethyl silicate:

Inorganic Zinc Silicate Coating

IriSil™ is a high zinc content, ethyl silicate that specially formulated to provide long-term corrosion protection. This product is resistant to industrial and chemical exposure as well as marine exposure of structural steel.

Inorganic Zinc Silicate Shop primer

This is a two-pack ethyl silicate shop primer that contains zinc powder to protect steel structures against the corrosion. IriShop™ is recommended for short to medium-term protection of abrasive blast cleaned steel plates and other steel structures during the storage, fabrication, and construction periods. IriShop™ especially is suited, where welding and gas-cutting properties are important.

Modified Chlorinated Rubber Topcoat

This product is a modified chlorinated rubber finish coat. IriRuber™ has good durability and leveling properties. It is used as a gloss finish for boottop, topsides, decks and superstructures in severe corrosive marine conditions.
